Jumanah is a graduate student in the Master of Marine Management program at Dalhousie University. She has completed a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Environmental Science, and a Masters of Environment and Sustainability, from Western University.  

She is interested in understanding peoples' relationship with the natural environment, focusing on the role of co-management in coastal areas. As a research assistant with WP1.1, Jumanah will work to identify alternative ways to present spatial data to improve accessibility and management responses through collaboration and cross-cultural learning.
